AVIVA Dermatology is a comprehensive medical, surgical and cosmetic practice focused on delivering exceptional care to patients. We pride ourselves on cultivating an enjoyable work environment that is inclusive and lighthearted. As the practice continues to grow, we are seeking a part time (2-3 days) or full-time (4 days) dermatologist experienced in treating patients of all ages and skin types. The ideal candidate that is a good-fit for our practice would be described as positive, reliable, down-to-earth and efficient.
Essential Skills & Abilities : (included but not limited to)
- Consult, diagnose and treat patients for a variety of dermatological conditions from benign to malignant and from acute to chronic.
- Treat patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric.
- Attention to detail during consultations to educate patients on available treatments and preventative skincare routines / products.
- Perform minor and surgical procedures
- Ensure completion of electronic clinical documentation in accordance to company policy.
- Timely follow-up with patients
- Maintain patient flow by working efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong interpersonal communication with AVIVA team and patients
- Excellent bedside manners is a must.
Education & Experience :
A valid Texas Physician license is required. License must be in good standing with unrestricted ability to practice in place of work, where applicable.Board Certified and / or Board EligibleMust be a graduate of an accredited and approved training program in the United States.Current State DEA CertificatePreferred, 3 years experience in Medical, Surgical and Cosmetic DermatologyCompensation :
