About The Position
Job Title : Rehabilitation Therapist Job Specialty : Occupational Therapist Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Monday - Friday, Days Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours per week Experience : New graduates are welcome;
SNF experience is preferred License : State License Verification required Certifications : Not specified Must-Have : Completed and attached prescreen- Attached resume- License verification- Three references Job Description : Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and treatments- Work with patients to develop skills for daily living and working- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care- Comply with all state and federal regulations for occupational therapy practice- Conduct a COVID test 72 hours before the start date, with results available 48 hours prior- Complete a background check including county, federal, and multi-state criminal searches- Participate in mandatory orientation and continued education programs Note : Please ensure all credentialing requirements are met as part of the application process.
This includes background checks, communicable disease form submission, and specific state background checks as required by the facility.
