Occasional meetings at our Palmetto Bay office or Opa-Locka warehouse. Travel : Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required. Proven success in face-to-face sales (in-home sales experience strongly preferred). Strong closing ability - can convert a large share of appointments into contracts. Skilled communicator; explains products and processes clearly and engagingly. Hungry, motivated, persistent; comfortable being assertive without crossing the line. Conversational English and Spanish required (customers may be native speakers of either). Professional, reliable, and able to represent Garage Force with integrity. Self-starter who can work independently and manage time effectively. Base pay plus uncapped commission - tailored to experience and skill. High performers have six-figure earning potential ($4k / month base or 10% of sales; expected earnings $100K+ at plan; top performers $150K-200K+ annually. Éxito comprobado en ventas presenciales (muy valorada la experiencia in-home ). Gran capacidad de cierre : convertir una alta proporción de citas en contratos. Excelente comunicación; explica productos y procesos de forma clara y atractiva. Ambicioso, motivado y persistente; asertivo sin sobrepasar límites. Inglés y español conversacional requeridos (los clientes pueden ser nativos de cualquiera de los dos idiomas). Profesional y confiable; capaz de representar a Garage Force con integridad. Autónomo, con buena gestión del tiempo y del trabajo independiente. Salario base + comisión sin tope , ajustado a experiencia y capacidad de cierre. The Role : Sales Leader :
As our Sales Leader , you’ll be the face of Garage Force in the community - meeting with homeowners and businesses, delivering persuasive in-home presentations, and closing a high percentage of deals. You’ll receive a steady flow of qualified leads from company marketing and will also generate your own opportunities through networking and referrals. This role is performance-driven with significant earning potential through uncapped commissions.
What You’ll Do :
- Conduct in-home consultations and sales presentations.
- Explain our installation process, features, and product advantages clearly.
- Close sales with professionalism, persistence, and confidence.
- Manage company-provided leads while also cultivating your own.
- Coordinate with management on installation schedules.
- Track sales activity and results; provide updates as requested.
- Represent Garage Force of Miami at community events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
