Responsibilities :
- Perform quality routine nursing care to assigned patients; may include patients with G-Tubes, Trachs, and Vents
- Monitor and act on patient progress and identify any changes in status.
- Perform patient teaching / training for patients and families.
- Communicate with all staff, patients and families with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Comply with all policies and procedures while upholding the expectations of Advanced Care Partners.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications :
- Valid RN license in Texas or a compact nursing license.
- Active CPR certification (ONLINE COMPANIES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE).
- Two or more years of experience is preferred; new graduates are accepted based on completion of preceptorship.
- Valid PPD skin test
