ProCare Therapy is working with the Isaac School District in search of a passionate Special Education Teacher to join our team! This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with special needs by providing individualized support and fostering their success within a supportive school environment.
You'll Make a Difference By :
- Developing and Implementing IEPs : Create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs and learning styles of each student.
- Delivering Engaging Instruction : Utilize differentiated instruction strategies to provide effective and engaging lessons that promote academic growth, social-emotional development.
- Collaboration is Key : Work closely with general education teachers, therapists, paraprofessionals, and families to ensure a comprehensive approach to each student's education.
- Empowering Students : Help students reach their full potential by fostering a positive and supportive learning environment that celebrates their strengths and encourages self-advocacy skills.

We're Looking For :
- Valid Arizona Teaching Certificate with an endorsement in Special Education.
- Must have IVP Fingerprint Card and AZ Certs (ADE) Second Language is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education (Master's preferred).
- Experience developing and implementing IEPs in accordance with Idaho standards.
- Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS).
- Passion for helping students with diverse learning needs succeed in an inclusive environment.
