We offer civil and structural engineering, planning + landscape architecture, survey, and construction inspection services to public and private clients throughout Texas.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING :
We are looking for local independent contractors (1099 position) to inspect residential projects during construction. We have openings for individuals in the City of Houston, The City of Austin and the surrounding areas.
Inspectors are paid per completed inspection. This is a contract position and is a great opportunity for anyone looking to earn some extra income!
The inspector's primary focus is to photograph, document, and compare the installed items to the engineered plans. After the inspection, inspectors email photos and notes to the office for processing.
We offer new inspector training; potential candidates with experience in any of the following areas are preferred :
Structural Inspections, Residential Construction, Commercial Construction.
Inspectors must have access to the internet, a working email address, a printer capable of printing 11x17 plans, and a smartphone with means to email pictures / PDFs.
Working conditions, Physical requirements
- Clean Driving Record
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, and crawl
- Outdoor conditions, non-conditioned buildings
- Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Good attitude and the ability to work on independently is a must
