RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities Include :
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
- Oversee and coordinate patient care activities
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop care plans
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Qualifications :
- Active RN license in the state of New Jersey
- Proven experience as an RN Supervisor or in a similar leadership role
- Serious applicants
