Interim Service Center RN Manager

Summary

A California healthcare organization is seeking their next Interim Service Center RN Manager!

The Position

• The Interim Service Center RN Manager will oversee day-to-day operations throughout the Telehealth department.
• The goal of the telehealth team is to reduce ED admissions through telehealth urgent care visits
• This leader must be someone who can effectively mentor staff while encouraging collaboration and driving stability throughout the department.
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Active RN license is required.
• Proficient with Epic
• Experience in any of the following clinic types is required : Ambulatory care, primary care, urgent care, and telehealth.

Emergency department experience would also be considered.

Pay Details

• Pay Range : $155,000 - $165,000 annually.
• Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.
