JOB SUMMARY
To oversee quality assurance activities in manufacturing and applicable areas, ensuring compliance with procedures and promoting a 'quality first' mentality.
- Coordinate manpower for production schedules.
- Train and evaluate inspection / audit functions.
- Support regulatory and internal audit activities.
- Perform line audits and ensure compliance to procedures.
- Communicate quality data and audit results to appropriate personnel.
- Educate manufacturing personnel on specifications and quality policies.
- Promote 'quality first' mentality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS and KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard.
- 2-3 years working experience in related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
