ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities : Provide direct diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive health care services under the supervisionof a physician.

Obtain patient history and perform assessment.Order, perform and interpret diagnostic procedures.Provide and document direct treatment and management of health conditions.

Provide counseling and education of patient and their families / caregivers concerning preventative health, treatment options and community resources.

Perform preventative health assessments, screening, immunizations and care.RequirementsLicensure / Certification / Registration : Required Credential(s) : BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
