Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape the future of Procore's global construction platform. As a member of our Infrastructure Platform team, you'll lead critical initiatives at Procore to evolve our cloud platform infrastructure, security, and developer experience.

You'll help define the future of our cloud infrastructure that powers the Procore platform, ecosystem, and industry.

This position will report to the Director of Product, Cloud Platform Engineering and will be based in our Austin, TX office.

We're looking for someone to join our team immediately.

What you'll do :

  • Help define and execute our platform strategy and evolve our product vision for our cloud infrastructure, scale, reliability, and security posture for global expansion.
  • Identify and manage the infrastructure requirements to empower product teams and improve developer productivity.
  • Partner with Solutions product teams to define best practices and approaches to leverage the cloud foundational capabilities to meet business needs.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the market and technology landscape, how it's evolving, the implications for our customers, and how all that should prioritize and evolve our infrastructure, runtime, and cloud operations.
  • Define the Infrastructure Platform roadmap for Procore in partnership with our Runtime Platform Engineering and product teams.
  • Align security and infrastructure initiatives to ensure a security-first approach in our roadmaps.
  • Define victory conditions and measurable KPIs based on impact.
  • Help define prioritization based on business needs and engineering initiatives.

What we're looking for :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience building and delivering global infrastructure or cloud systems team at a hyper-growth technology company.
  • 2+ years experience in Technical Product Management.
  • Prior experience building and delivering successful distributed systems and developing public cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience with CI / CD toolchain, infrastructure-as-code, orchestration, networking, and security.
  • Strong product management skills, including analytics, structured requirements and specifications, and able to think in platform architecture terms.
  • Effective communication skills with a strong ability to influence and lead teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Base Pay Range : $158,680 - $218,185. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role.

Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
