Compensation : $25.00 - $27.00 / day

Shift : 6PM to 2 : 30AM (These hours may be subject to change with operational needs)

Hourly Rate : $25.00 / hr. - $27.00 / hr. DOE

Location : Santa Rosa, CA Multiple Locations in the Northern CA Area

Requirements :

• You must be 18 years old.
• A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
• Able to work in a medical environment and work independently.
• Valid driver’s license / good driving record.
• For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Experience in a mobile management role.
• Prefer experience working with a diverse population.
• Bilingual in two or more languages, with English being one of those languages.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience in a commercial cleaning or similar environment.

Job Duties :

• Under the direction of the operational team, the supervisor is responsible for the daily maintenance of the facilities.
• Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding janitorial services and take corrective action.
• May order and pick up janitorial supplies and equipment, take inventories, perform audits, oversee, and train new employees.
• Fill in if there is a call out at a location and work with clients at times.
• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers at multiple work sites engaged in janitorial services.
• Assigns janitorial work to employees, following material and work requirements.
• Inspects work performed to ensure conformance to specifications and established standards.
• Confers with and coaches staff to resolve production and personnel problems.
• Train workers in janitorial methods and procedures and proper operation of equipment.
• Issues janitorial supplies and equipment to workers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
• Ensures clients are satisfied with the current performance of the team.
• Completes regular quality inspections of assigned accounts and acts appropriately based on results of the quality inspections.
• Holds regular feedback conversations with staff to discuss performance and development goals.
• Ensures all associates are properly trained at each assigned account with a focus on long term retention.
• Maintain a safe work environment for self and employees by enforcing the company’s safety, recognition, and training programs.
• Handles administrative duties of assigned accounts to include, but not limited to : timekeeping, documentation of employee performance and safety, and maintaining inventory of necessary supplies.
