License : Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing
Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS (ENPC accepted in place of TNCC)
Must-Have : Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans; effective communication skills
Job Description :
- Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.
- Utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and family.
- Effectively communicate pertinent patient / family information to the health care team.
- Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensure the implementation of solutions.
- Perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
Preferred : Experience with Cerner EMR; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
