SR. CONFIGURATION ANALYST (HYBRID ELIGIBLE)

As a Configuration Analyst, you will manage the configuration of our engineering and manufacturing products through the use of a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.

These cover a very wide range, from advanced mission payloads and electronic systems through highly integrated aircraft to orbital and space exploration systems.

You'll plan and coordinate the preparation of product structure to ensure compliance with customer requirements, company standards, and industry standards.

This includes input and accuracy of Product Data to include Parts and Bills of Materials (BoMs) as well as auditing the Configuration Management systems usage and verification of product configuration.

This job is to manage the configuration of models and objects for our programs. This position would be tasked with working with the program team to architect the configuration, models, variants and structure the products.

Responsibilities :

• Accurately update the assigned MDLs, or EBOMs with the latest product definition
• Release MDLs in 3DX
• Coordinate with the program team when the latest version of the drawings cannot be used to ensure only approved data is presented on the MDLs
• Host change / configuration control boards

Must-haves :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field of study and typically 10 years of relevant experience
• A higher level degree may substitute for experience
• Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary design and development teams
• Thorough understanding of Documentation Control Database systems
• Data entry experience would be a plus
• Some MS Excel experience would be beneficial
• Ability to obtain / maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required

Preferred :

• Data entry experience would be a plus
• Some MS Excel experience would be beneficial
• Basic computer skills for email, teams and releasing data in 3DX is required. Specific training for 3DX and the update process will be provided.
• PLM experience preferred

Estimated Starting Salary Range : $104,827.91 - $144,138.38. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates key skills, relevant work experience, and education / training / certifications.

SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
