Job Summary

The Sr. Unit Marketing Manager role with CulinArt Group in Stony Brook, NY is an outstanding opportunity to join an innovative and ambitious team.

You will develop and manage marketing campaigns to improve brand awareness and foster dedication among customers. Join us in delivering world-class service in the Food / Hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develops and implements marketing plans and projects for new and existing accounts
• Manages implementation of marketing tactics cross-departmentally (operations, culinary, nutrition) to ensure success
• Analyzes customer research, current market conditions, and competitor information to determine market strategy
• Heightens brand recognition in the digital realm, resulting in increased website traffic and improved customer engagement
• Delivers marketing activity within the agreed budget and timelines
• Reports on return on investment and key performance metrics to ensure flawless execution and continuous improvement
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Hospitality Management, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role
• Ability to present to large groups confidently and effectively
• Proficient in managing multiple projects efficiently and effectively
• Ability to advise implementation and produce positive outcomes by working through teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strictly adhering to corporate standards
