Job Description & Requirements

Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)

StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : 8 D Pay Rate : $1555.28 - $1791.95

REQUIRED SKILLS : 2 years CURRENT PT experience - Required (New grads will not be considered for this need)"Must be flexible - Will need to work Inpatient PT as needed"Must have VERTIGO experience (LSVT BIG Certification preferred)"Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy - Required "Previous Rehab Experience - Required"Previous travel experience - REQUIRED - At least 3 mos.

CPSI EMR experience - Highly Preferred"Previous experience working with PTA's - Preferred"This is a small community without public transport.

Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
