Pay and Benefits
- $23-25 / hour
- Weekly pay

Responsibilities
- Repairs / work orders including plumbing, drywall, painting, electrical, carpentry, and / or HVAC
- Turnovers / make-readies
- Preventative maintenance
- On-call emergency maintenance
- Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
Requirements
- Plumbing expertise
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license
- Personal and reliable mode of transportation
- Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
- Safely utilize power tools
- Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
