Responsibilities

Provide repair on various parts throughout the assembly process.

• Document defects in proper system for data collection.
• Provide suggestion for improvements.
• Participate and support all AM activities to achieve zero breakdown due to lack of basic conditions on equipment.
• Maintain equipment through proper cleaning and inspection and PM schedules.
• Follow all processes and procedures to help achieve zero defects. Verify assembly results with specified tools, and checks place in the workstation.
• Perform inspections on hoists, lift fixtures and slings. Provide any do's and don'ts to be considered in new equipment / machinery purchases of any importance.

Qualifications

• Lift / Carry up to 30 lbs chains from 70" to waist height, carry up to 15'.
• Lift / Carry up to 40 lbs parts from heights between floor and waist, to a workstation at waist height, carry up to 15'.
• Push / Pull up to 30 lbs at self-selected height to move carts.
• Pull up to 40 lbs at 44" to tip hand cart back.
• Push / Pull up to 50 lbs between shoulder and waist height to maneuver parts on hoist.
• Grip up to 20 lbs to use steering wheel on forklift.
• Hand coordination to use tools and operate machinery.
• Sit and rotate upper body right and left to drive forklift.
• Stand / Walk throughout shift.
• Reach up to 80" to retrieve tools.
• Low level activity for up to 2 minutes to complete repairs at low level.
• Elevated activity for up to 2 minutes to complete repairs at elevated level.
• Climb up to 6 ladder rungs. Climb up to 3 stairs.
• Climb up to 18" to access forklift.

This position pays : $31.45 - $31.69 plus any applicable bonus (Actual pay will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
