Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming mortgage calls and requests, ensuring timely responses and loan closures
Gather information for mortgage applications and counsel clients throughout the loan process
Collaborate with underwriting and loan processing to meet compliance and underwriting criteria
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of mortgage lending experience with a focus on sales
Knowledge of home equity products for cross-selling opportunities
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Experience in handling complex member requests and complaints
