Job Location : PHX, AZ

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Civil Engineer with expertise in land development and water resources. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing and overseeing projects that enhance infrastructure and ensure sustainability. This position requires a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, project management, and regulatory compliance to deliver effective solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Design and oversee land development and water resource projects
Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates
Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
Perform structural analysis and risk management assessments
Lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Develop and implement project schedules and quality control measures
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and staff

Qualifications

Must possess a valid professional engineering (PE) license

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in land development and water resources engineering

Proficient in AutoCAD and other civil engineering software

Strong project management skills with a proven track record

Experience in cost estimation and contract management

Knowledge of regulatory compliance and environmental standards

Excellent communication and client relationship management skills

Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
