Business Development Manager

Full Time (min 40 hours per week)

Our products are essential for organizing cables and cords in homes and workplaces across 20+ countries, available through major retailers such as Amazon, Lowe's, Menards, Grainger, and Ace.

To drive our continued success, we are looking for a full-time Business Development Manager to enhance our sales in the alarm and telecom sectors, trade distributors, and select retail outlets.

In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, collaborate with manufacturing representative groups, promote new product launches, and seek new business opportunities all aimed at achieving profitable sales growth.

You will report directly to the COO based in Louisville, KY and work closely with our sales team at the D-Line headquarters in the UK.

Our CEO is deeply committed to supporting our sales objectives, ensuring you have the resources and backing needed to excel.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to incoming inquiries from current and prospective customers, providing information, quotations, and price lists (training provided).
  • Follow up with customer quotes and convert to orders
  • Identify and target new customers by :
  • Initiating contact and sparking interest in D-Line products through personal selling techniques.
  • Establishing yourself as a field expert, offering consultative recommendations.
  • Attending relevant conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Develop and manage customer accounts by :
  • Setting strategic goals and creating plans for business and revenue growth.
  • Conducting customer visits and offering product training when needed.
  • Cultivating long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Other duties and responsibilities, as required.

Demonstrated success in a sales environment, with a strong drive for personal and professional growth in a hybrid role.
