Sales Program Manager - Remote (1859)

Must live in or be willing to relocate to one of the following states to be eligible for hire : Florida, Vermont, Tennessee, Texas, New York, Washington, Nebraska, North Carolina, Arizona, Rhode Island, New Jersey, California, Missouri, Michigan, Massachusetts, or Illinois.

How I will contribute :

As a Sales Program Manager on our Sales team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing sales strategies to increase sales and sales productivity.

Responsibilities include :

  • Assists Sales Leadership in Execution and Development of Sales Programs.
  • Organize and provide tactical updates to Sales Leadership on the status of development of Sales Programs
  • Report on and monitor the execution of Sales Programs from the Sales Org.
  • Coordinate with stake holders to ensure sales programs are launched and executed on time with limited scope creep.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support and communicate with the sales org to ensure compliance in all aspects of business including quoting, sourcing, negotiation, contract review, booking and implementation.
  • Use internal tools to manage sales programs, track outcomes, and provide feedback. (CRM)
  • Identifies and communicates emerging market trends to Product Management.
  • Provides market feedback regarding product messaging and positioning.
  • Responds to requests for information and maintain archive of responses.
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Asure Sales Programs

Qualifications :

  • 2 to 3 years of relative work experience in an SaaS sales environment.
  • Must be a team player and able to work well under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related Field or commensurate experience.
  • Domain expertise in HCM Solutions, Payroll Tax and Time and Attendance preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of SFDC and 0365 applications
  • Expertise in systems related change management and / or user adoption desired.
  • Enthusiastic professional and confident team player with a strong customer-success focus, who can present effectively even under adverse conditions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication to deliver presentations for both clients and at industry engagements.
  • Experienced at project management.
