Entry Level Business Manager Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide information about products and services to assist sales efforts and keep clients happy
  • Collaborate with other team members and managers to ensure timely service delivery and meet sales goals
  • Monitor client account performance and suggest improvements to boost satisfaction and sales
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions

Qualifications We Look For in Our Next Entry Level Business Manager :

  • A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required
  • 0-3 years of experience in a client-facing role focused on sales or business development is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and collaborate with team members
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving targets
  • Experience in sales, business management, or client relations is preferred but not required
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced sales environment
