The following shifts are available.
1. Zip code-32246 Weekdays and weekends- Days vary due to the client’s work schedule. 3-4 days 9 am-2 pm Personal Support Services
2. Zip code-32204 Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 2 : 30 pm-6 : 30 pm & Tuesdays and Thursdays 7 : 30 am-11 : 30 am. Personal Supports Services
3. Zip code32258 Saturdays 8 am-2 pm. Companion Services
All clients are ambulatory and require prompting, modeling and monitoring in the home and in the community for health and safety.
Bonus after 90 days. Companion pays $12 an hour; Personal Supports pays $14 an hour.

WORK SCHEDULE : Varies
1. One year in direct care for mentally handicapped preferred 2. Assist as needed clients during meal preparation, housekeeping responsibilities, personal hygiene, grooming, and other activities needed.
3. Maintain clinical records as designated by policies and procedures such as, but not limited to, documentation of physical observation, making significant observation notes, and any behavioral management needs 4.
Provide input to individual activities planning for assigned clients. 5. Provide transportation to residents as required.
6. Supervise residents in recreational activities both at home and in the community. 7. Be responsible during evening hours for contacting appropriate administrative staff in case of an emergency.
8. Make written reports of significant incidents occurring during shift. 9. Serve, as an informal advocate for clients and provide individual home management, if needed.
10. Correct unacceptable behavior and help clients to correct behaviors. 11. Supervise clients in self-medication. 12. Provide first-aid assistance to all clients and assist in the follow-through on medical needs for clients.
13. Supervise clients during meal preparation. Must be in the client’s apartment to assist in the preparation of any meal.
14. Performs any other duties as assigned by the Administrator / Director. 15. Report suspected abuse & neglect to the supervisor immediately (within one hour).
