What You’ll Do :

  • Lead the development and strategy of our GalateaTV app, working closely with our CEO and leadership team to spearhead innovation in next-gen entertainment.
  • Engage continuously with existing and potential customers to build strong communication channels and deepen empathy, extracting and integrating key insights to inform the product roadmap and drive enhancements.
  • Oversee every step of the product life cycle, including product ideation, strategic planning, impact estimation and modeling, product roadmap, product development, and product launch and growth.
  • Build long-term roadmaps for new and existing products with a deep understanding of our users’ needs, wishes, and problems, championing our customers’ needs at all times.
  • Drive innovation, definition, roadmap, and design of A / B tests and experiments to improve retention, story discovery, and subscription rate.
  • Define metrics and make product and strategic decisions based on A / B testing and / or qualitative feedback.
  • Analyze & report product data from users, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products, ensuring that all quality, usability, and reliability standards are met.

What You'll Bring :

  • 6+ years of proven experience in product management, with a solid track record of advancing and guiding apps through their entire lifecycle, from early stages to rapid expansion.
  • Experience in customer engagement and community building.
  • Experience with SQL; comfortable writing basic queries.
  • Experience with in-app currency and usage billing business model.
  • Experience in product lifecycle management in the B2C space.
  • Startup Hungry : You are proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced evolving work environment.
  • Think out of the box : You have experience with identifying various business problems or product flaws by coming up with creative solutions.

The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000 $360,000 USD. Compensation will be determined by skill level, proficiencies, and experience.
