Pay Rate : $65 to $68 hourly on W2

What You'll Do :

• Deliver exceptional physical therapy services to SNF residents, focusing on rehabilitation and improving their quality of life.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve the best patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on effective therapy techniques.

Requirements :

• Active PT license in California.
• Previous experience in SNF or geriatric care is strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
