Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Design individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client, incorporating evidence-based interventions.
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions via tele practice, utilizing innovative technology to connect with clients virtually and promote progress.
- Collaborate closely with clients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and optimize outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies as needed, and providing ongoing support and education.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Qualifications :
- Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Possess Georgia state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Maintain a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with diverse populations across the lifespan.
- Proficient in utilizing tele practice platforms and comfortable with technology.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and cultural competence
