Responsibilities :
- This is a sales role.
- Meet with clients to discuss their financial goals and objectives
- Provide a range of insurance products, including life insurance, retirement planning, and long-term care coverage
- Perform detailed needs analyses to recommend the best insurance options for clients
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and trust
- Meet and surpass sales targets and performance goals
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and other prospecting methods
- Stay informed about industry trends and product developments
- Ensure all sales activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies
Qualifications :
- Meet with clients to assess insurance needs, financial goals, and risk tolerance, gathering information on their current situation and coverage.
- Analyze risks and review policies to identify gaps or improvements.
- Recommend suitable New York Life insurance products and explain options, benefits, and exclusions to help clients make informed decisions.
- Facilitate applications by gathering details, completing paperwork, and coordinating with underwriting for seamless policy issuance.
- Maintain client relationships through regular policy reviews and support, suggesting adjustments as needed.
- Proactively seek new clients via networking, community involvement, and lead generation.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members, like underwriters and financial advisors, to provide comprehensive client solutions.
