Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Hiring : All 3 Shifts Full Time
Baylor Program (Work two 16-hour shifts on the weekend and be paid for a total of 37.5 hours!) Saturday and Sunday
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Corner View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Our facility provides high-quality care to our residents, and we are seeking an LPN who shares our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities :
- Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans
- Administer medication and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Monitor and document residents' health status and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide the best possible care
- Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
Qualifications :
- Current LPN license in good standing
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing standards and practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for providing high-quality care to seniors
