We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our Group and support our 2nd Shift team members in driving World Class Excellence within our Level+Pressure Associated Production Center.

Within L+P Greenwood, we utilize state-of-the-art production techniques and manufacturing technologies to ensure the quality of the instrumentation produced, as well as the safety of employees and the environment.

We're looking for a dynamic individual who excels at managing operations, motivating teams, and maintaining high standards to drive our production success.

Which tasks will you perform?

You will :

• Directly train, develop, and supervise up to 25 employees.
• Act as Main Safety responder and coordinator for the employees working 2nd shift
• Analyze, resolve, and / or assist in solving work problems.
• Determine, establish, and assign work to meet production schedules.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers; assign duties.
• Lead continuous improvement projects within the group.
• Balance team and individual responsibilities & contribute to building a positive team spirit
