2 years of experience preferred License : Valid CA License required Certifications : ACLS, BCLS, PALS Must-Have : ICU experience- Willingness to float between similar units- Ability to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)- Submission of required time off during application- Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last three years Job Description : Provide quality care in the PACU / Pre-Op units- Flexibility with start times, primarily beginning at 09 : 00 AM- Manage patient ratios of 1 : 2- Open to first-time travelers- No weekend shifts required- On-call not required- Local candidates accepted but subject to radius rule- Candidates may need to float to nearby sister facilities - Complete non-billable modules pre-start and annually Additional Information : Facility has acute care hospital features with various dedicated staff- Charting experience with Epic is preferred- Scrub color requirements apply based on unit - Orientation includes 40 hours of training
