Job Description
Contribute as a key member on an accounting and finance team serving top global employment brands in retail, hospitality, and food & beverage.
This important professional will participate in updating customer and vendor databases, pricing orders, sending invoices to clients, and processing vendor invoices.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of accounts payable, bookkeeping or general office experience
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong figure aptitude
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-driven to succeed equally for clients and the team
- Professional organizer and multi-tasker
- Enthusiasm, flexibility, and keen attention to detail
