Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-semester contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) providing Leave of Absence (LOA) coverage at an elementary school in Marshfield, WI. This role supports students speech and language development at a single school site, running from December 15, 2025, through May 29, 2026.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to elementary school students
  • Collaborate with educators and staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct evaluations, maintain thorough documentation, and monitor student progress
  • Communicate effectively with parents and school teams regarding student needs and outcomes

Qualifications :

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Wisconsin SLP license and educator certification
  • Experience working in an elementary school setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently within a school environment
