We are seeking a Caregiver to join our team! We are a Residential Care Facility for Chronically Ill. for men and women who have and diagnosis of HIV / AIDS
The Vista location (12 residents) has part-time shifts from 11 : 00 p.m. to 7 : 30 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday . There are (2) 4-hour shift on Mondays and Tuesdays.
The Escondido location ( 8 residents) ( San Elijo Hills area), has part-time hours on Sundays from 3 : 00 p.m. to 11 : 30 p.m.
If available to cover shifts when a staff leaves on Vacation or when we have a call out.
Responsibilities :
- Assist residents with daily living activities (most of our residents are independent with minimal assistance)
- Prepare / prep and serve meals ( overnight shift preps meals for the following day)
- Administer Medications ( no experience needed- will train)
- General House cleaning
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in personal care or other related fields
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with the residents
- Must have written and verbal communication skills
Full-time is eligible for Health insurance after 90 days.
