Associate Attorney (First-Party Property)

Your Role :
- Complex Litigation : Manage a diverse caseload predominantly involving residential properties, with opportunities to delve into intricate commercial matters.
- Mentorship : Partner closely with seasoned attorneys, gaining mentorship that sharpens your legal prowess.
- End-to-End Ownership : Take charge of all litigation phases from initial case review to final resolution, serving as the pivotal point in each case.
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership with the Florida Bar.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in First-Party Property, General Liability, or a related field.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Capability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
