About the Position : Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a School Nurse for an elementary school in the Milford, NH area.
This is a full-time, onsite position offering a contract through the end of the 2024-2025 school year. The ideal candidate will be a reliable professional with a background in school-based nursing and an active RN licensure in New Hampshire.
Responsibilities :
- Provide general nursing care to elementary school students.
- Administer medications and manage medical treatments as prescribed.
- Conduct routine health assessments and manage acute health issues.
- Provide first aid and emergency care as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' health needs.
- Maintain accurate health records and ensure pliance with school policies.
- Participate in health education and promotion activities within the school munity.
- plete agency onboarding and district fingerprinting as required.
Requirements :
- Active RN licensure in New Hampshire.
- Previous school-based nursing experience is required.
- Strong reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to pass agency onboarding and district fingerprinting.
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
