We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join our team in Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, or Austin. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of litigation experience and a proven track record in insurance defense.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle all phases of litigation, from initial case evaluation through trial or settlement
- Provide strategic legal advice and defense in complex insurance matters
- Collaborate with clients to develop legal strategies and ensure the best possible outcomes
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
