We are seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join our team! The primary role of a Counter Sales Representative is to provide excellent service to customers in the purchase of equipment and parts, in the writing up of repair tickets for customer equipment, and in the process of renting equipment.
Responsibilities :
- Greet all customers courteously and identify their specific needs
- Present and sell company products and services that meet the needs of the customer
- Prepare quotes, sales, and contracts
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Merchandise, clean, and organize showroom and rental equipment areas
- Work with sales and service managers to achieve completion of for customer sales and repairs
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with outdoor power equipment, agricultural equipment, construction equipment and small engines are a plus
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to lift and handle loads up to 70lbs plus work outdoors and indoors in all weather
- Deadline and detail-oriented
