Biotechnologies company near the Irvine Spectrum is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist. Additionally, you will be providing administrative support to HR Team.
Schedule : M-F 8am - 5PM w / 1 hour lunch break
Attire : Slacks, Dress shirt, Jacket, or similar

Responsibilities :
Need a punctual candidate as this person would be responsible for checking in guests / interviewees / vendors / etc. and unrolling the phones.
This requires someone reliable that can commit to being punctual for clock in, 10 minute break, lunch.
- Greetings and interactions should be positive, welcoming, and helpful
- Take calls, take messages, answer general questions with patience and friendliness, transfer calls as needed
- Role will be checking in mail and shipments, stocking supplies, ordering supplies
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma
- Data entry
- Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Must be flexible, friendly, and engaging
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
