What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
- Forecast, plan, schedule, and report agent resources and customer interactions
- Leverage cross-divisional relationships and coordinate with various teams
- Develop call volume and workload forecasts for contact centers
- Extract, manipulate, and format data to build reports
- Analyze business results and provide insights
- Track operational, financial, and functional metrics
- Support the development of analysis and reporting systems
What Is Required (Qualifications) :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience (Master's preferred)
- Proficiency in SQL and financial modeling
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with workforce management software
