Picture this : as a valued Account Manager at Comploy, you'll dive into the world of customer support for a variety of payroll, ASO, and PEO clients.

Your main mission? Cultivating and nurturing solid relationships with your designated client portfolio. You'll be the go-to person, mastering our HRIS system inside out to deliver top-notch support promptly and efficiently.

By being the superstar point of contact, you'll be the bridge between clients and solutions, bringing a blend of empathy, problem-solving skills, and precision to every interaction.

To rock it as our Account Manager at Comploy, you'll need to be a wizard with software tools, particularly in providing top-notch customer support within HRIS systems.

Your knack for handling payroll updates like a pro, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, will be key. Maintaining meticulous records and reports will be your forte, coupled with a sharp eye for compliance with payroll laws and best practices.

With stellar communication skills, you'll effortlessly train and support end-users in the iSolved HRIS system, ensuring clients' needs are consistently met.

Your ability to foster strong client relationships, coupled with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail, will shine in this role.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are :

Provide customer support for a variety of clients focusing on HRIS system support.

Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires terminations and changes to pay rates.

Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.

Ensures compliance with federal state, and local payroll, wage and hour laws and best practices.

Deliver training and support for end users in the iSolved HRIS system.

Ensures that products and services consistently meet the clients needs.

Foster retention and growth among clients by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed.

Maintain excellent communication, professionalism, and customer service / support for all assigned accounts.

Ability to listen well and communicate effectively orally and in writing with various audiences.

Ability to use initiative and independent judgement appropriately while maintaining compliance with established policies and guidelines.

Excellent customer service; exceptional problem-solving; strong time management skills; and attention to detail.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all co-workers managers and clients.
