A law firm seeks an experienced Associate Attorney with expertise in Commercial Litigation to join its Kansas City office.

Duties :
- Manage the strategic and high-level aspects of multiple legal matters at various stages, from inception to conclusion.

- Work independently and efficiently, demonstrating a keen interest in advancing a career in litigation.
- Produce high-quality legal work while meeting billing requirements to ensure excellent client service.
- Assist in business development efforts, contributing to both group and individual initiatives.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards of the legal profession in all aspects of work.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in Commercial Litigation with a strong understanding of legal principles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate communication with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to handle multiple cases effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong commitment to professional development and ethical practice.
Education :
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications :
Active membership in the relevant state bar association.
