About the Role

GreenLite is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our product and engineering team in bringing innovative solutions to market.

As a key member of our team, you'll shape our product vision and strategy, becoming a domain expert who champions customer needs.

Your role will involve creating scalable design systems, conducting user research, and delivering high-fidelity prototypes that drive our product development.

What Youll Work On

• Develop and maintain scalable design systems in Figma for rapid prototyping and engineering implementation
• Create low and high-fidelity product designs with detailed specifications for seamless engineering handoffs
• Develop and maintain user personas, empathy maps, and journey maps to inform our product roadmap
• Maintain a customer-focused approach through regular user research and insights sharing
• Enhance implementation efficiency with detailed specifications and interactive prototypes

Experience

• 4+ years experience in UI / UX design for modern web applications
• Mastery of human-centered design principles and Figma
• Comfort with ambiguity and incomplete information
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Initiative and bias for action, with a focus on timely delivery and operational excellence

Compensation

GreenLite pays employees based on market pricing and pay may vary depending on your location. The salary range below reflects what wed reasonably expect to pay candidates.

A candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

These ranges may be modified in the future. For additional information on this roles compensation package, please reach out to the designated recruiter for this role.

Hybrid - Salary Range (varies based on a cost of labor index for geographic area within the United States) : $120,000 - $165,000
