ROLE DESCRIPTION :
Sumbo Omonaiye - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive bilingual sales producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships.
As our Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and sales experience equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Meet or exceed sales goals set by agency.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agencys team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Property & Casualty license required ahead of first day of employment.
- Sales experience preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with clients via phone and email.
