What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it) As a Digital Marketing Specialist , you play a pivotal role in our unified , cutting edge Lead Generation team .

You’ll identify and create initiatives to generate leads , increase retention and add value to current product offerings which means you will feel the impact of your work daily.

You will rapidly grow your digital marketing skill set through essential duties such as : Innovative Campaign Development : C reate digital marketing campaigns using social media, search engines, HubSpot, content creation tools and online advertising practices Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with various teams to develop and implement marketing prototypes, ensuring effective communication of the vision and managing deadlines Performance Tracking : Monitor and measure the success of digital marketing campaigns, making strategic data-driven adjustments to grow effectiveness Sales Support : Collaborate with sales management and development teams to create training materials and tools that optimize the productivity of our preneed agents nationwide What we offer you as part of #PrecoaLife Hybrid work environment - partial r emote option Competitive exempt salary based on experience 18 days PTO and 6 weeks minimum paid parental leave Health, Dental, and Vision benefits 401k, with company match and $25,000 Life Insurance Policy Skills you may have to make you a success!
