Job Title : CAD Drafter Job Summary CAD Drafter will be responsible for creating architectural and structural related drawings for Precast Concrete projects and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with engineers and designers.

Responsibilities : Develop detailed schematics, diagrams, and blueprints using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, and MicroStation.

Collaborate with engineers and designers to understand project requirements and specifications. Create 2D animations to demonstrate design concepts.

Prepare drawings for mechanical design, civil engineering projects, and building construction. Review designs for errors before final submission.

Utilize software like Civil 3D and for specific project requirements. Assist in the preparation of documentation for project bids and proposals.

Qualifications : Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and other CAD software. Strong understanding of drafting techniques and principles.

Experience in mechanical design, building construction, or civil engineering projects. Knowledge of 2D animation is a plus.

Familiarity with tools like MicroStation and NavisWorks is advantageous. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
