Job Summary :
Are you a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales? Do you have excellent communication and negotiation skills?
If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Field Sales Representative at Reed Agency. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients in the insurance industry.
This is a challenging role that requires a proactive approach and the ability to work independently. If you are ready to take your sales career to the next level, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the insurance industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in sales or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
