PARALEGAL - LITIGATION
National Law Firm
Downtown Miami
Contract Position for 2-3 months
Top level national law firm has an immediate need for a Litigation Paralegal to start with them right away in a temporary position to last several weeks, possibly longer.
This is working in the firm's downtown Miami office; They are hoping to get someone starts as soon as possible, but have some flexibility on start date.
- Qualified applicant will have previous experience working as a Paralegal doing litigation matters.
- Some tasks involve : Analysis of extensive medical records (received through discovery and to be subpoenaed) Subpoena providers and keeping track of them throughout the case Updating experts, hunting down every provider, records, and radiology, etc.
Entering billable time
- Applicant will have excellent organizational and verbal skills and have good computer skills.
- Will know e-filing and filing procedures.
- Knowledge of iManage and iTimekeep is a plus, but firm will train.
- Must be focused and able to stay on task.
