- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of DC
- Has at least one years of appropriate experience as a physical therapist. Community / home health experience is preferred.
- Can commit to a minimum of 5 cases (10 hours a week).
- Complies with accepted professional standards and practice.
- Possesses and maintains current Liability Insurance.
