Summary :
While this job is remote, you must reside in the state of Texas.
In this role you are a vital member of the digital product team supporting delivery of the product roadmap. This role requires a high attention to detail and great communication skills while working with customers, operations, marketing, business development, clinicians, and other digital product teams to define requirements and deliver features that align to the goals of the Cook digital team.
This position is remote within the state of Texas. Employee must travel on site quarterly for strategic planning and periodically per the direction of the Vice President of the division.
We’re looking for a self-starter who can take user feedback, business requirements, and product data and transform them into actionable improvements to our product.
Under the supervision of a Product Owner or Product Manager this position participates in the design, implementation, testing, and support of websites and related technologies that drive our customers' experiences.
Expected activities include, but are not limited to :
Work as a member of the agile team to define requirements and implement new web and mobile app features
Maintain and upgrade applications and related technologies as needed to meet user and vendor requirements.
Support communication tools, website technologies, and marketing technology applications.
Definition and development of KPIs, metrics, and reports
Resolve any issues associated with technology that impacts our customers' experiences
Diagnosis of failures encountered in application software and related technologies
Participate in meetings with customers and internal stakeholders to understand the business objectives and rationale behind specific customer requests
Assist the product management team with discovery, requirements gathering, and breaking down goals into actionable tasks.
Assist in developing test plans and performing QA to ensure that solutions will meet defined requirements
Qualifications :
A BA / BS degree in an Information Technology, Business, Marketing or related field is required.
Position requires 2 or more years of combined experience in a business analysis, healthcare IT or marketing technology setting with a focus on developing new features and supporting websites and / or marketing technology
Experience supporting website Content Management Systems, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tools, product and web analytics applications are highly preferred
Experience with Optimizely, Yext, SEMRush, Google Analytics, and / or Amplitude is highly preferred
Comfortable with ambiguity.
Comfortable exercising decision making in areas of responsibility.
Licensure, Registration, and / or Certification :
Relevant Information Technology, experience, or virtual health certifications preferred.
Epic certification required within 6 months from employment, including 2 test retakes.
If position does not support Epic, then a relevant certification designated by the AVP / VP is required within 12 months from employment.
